We welcome you to shop in store with us where we can assist you with your plant selection. Choosing a healthy plant suited to your environment and level of plant care is the first step in successful plant parenting.

We prepare our plants well for their journey so in most cases you will not be required to water the plant upon arrival. Please check the moisture level of the soil and refer to the care guide provided with your plant.  When in doubt, let it drought! Overwatering is a common killer of house plants.

Your plant will arrive with basic care instructions. You will also receive an invitation to register your plant for complimentary 12-month care coaching where our qualified horticulturists will guide you through caring for your plant.

We hand select healthy plants from our reputable suppliers that are free from pest, disease and damage so your plant-parenting journey gets off to a good start. Then we provide you with 12 months of plant care coaching via email support from our qualified horticulturists. We will send you tips, suggestions and reminders to help your plant thrive in your home environment. You will also have access to our online plant care resources. We offer a selection of plants considered to be child and/or pet friendly. Each individual plant product description will state if the plant is considered non-toxic to children and/or pets. For more information we have provided the following articles to help you choose a suitable plant.

Our plant selection varies with seasonal changes and availability. Some of our plants are suitable for indoor and outdoor environments and this information is provided in the plant description. If we don’t currently stock a plant you are looking for please contact us. We have access to a large network of reputable suppliers of both indoor and outdoor plants and we may be able to source this plant for you.

Plant images are indicative only. We display images to represent the product as accurately as possible. Your plant will be similar in size and shape to the plants pictured on our website. Plants are unique living things so there may be some variation in shape, size and colour.

Handmade products may also have slight variations to the product image.

We provide high quality, healthy plants that are free from pest, disease and damage.  We keep quantities to a minimum to ensure we are able to provide adequate care for plants prior to delivery. Unfortunately this means we may sell out of a particular plant before you complete your purchase. We restock regularly so if we know a plant will be available at our next restock we will leave the product on our website with an option for you to be notified when it becomes available. We currently deliver to selected suburbs in and around Brisbane. Please use the Post Code Checker to confirm your selected suburb falls within our delivery area. In some cases we may be able to deliver outside this area. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm.

We use Australia Post to ship selected products Australia Wide. Check shipping eligibility in the product description. We are unable to ship plant or soil products to WA, TAS, NT due to quarantine restrictions.

Our deliveries run between the hours of 1:30pm and 6:30pm (AEST) Monday through to Saturday excluding Public Holidays. We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the following business day.

We may be able to offer time specific deliveries, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm. Unless you have prearranged a time specific delivery we are unable to advise you of a delivery time. Orders leave our studio in Mount Gravatt at approximately 1:30pm. Our delivery software prepares the most efficient delivery runs. You will receive notification when your delivery is on its way and a notification when delivery has been completed.

If no one is at the nominated residential address at the time of delivery, we will leave the order as per your specific delivery instructions. If it appears unsafe to do so we may return the order to our studio. Please ensure someone is able to collect the order or there is a safe place to leave it at the nominated delivery address.

We will attempt to deliver as per specific details, however deliveries to commercial addresses including schools, hospitals and office buildings may need to be delivered to reception and forwarded to the recipient from there. Please consider if sending your gift to the recipient’s home address is a better option.

We do not include the delivery fee in the product price. Excluding the delivery fee from individual items allows you to purchase multiple items for one low delivery fee. Standard local delivery is a flat rate of $18. If we are able to accommodate specific time deliveries we may charge an additional $10 fee. Deliveries outside of our local delivery area may also incur an additional fee.

All products listed on the website are available for local delivery.

You are able to send a personalised message with your gift delivery. Please ensure personalised messages are to your satisfaction before completing your order, messages are copied directly from this website as they are written by you, we do not edit incorrect spelling or grammar. Please be aware that people other than the intended recipient may be able to view personalised messages accompanying gifts.

You can place an order with a scheduled delivery date up to seven days in advance.

Your order will be delivered in an attractive reusable jute bag with a gift tag of your choice attached. Our plants are beautifully presented with the nursery grow pot wrapped in natural fabric. If you have purchased a decorative pot your plant will arrive with the nursery grow pot placed in your chosen pot. All plant orders include a decorative post card outlining plant care instructions and an invitation to register the plant for the 12 month plant care coaching. If you have purchased non-plant products for delivery they will also arrive in the jute bag. Please advise us if you wish for these products to be gift wrapped in kraft paper. If you would prefer your order to be delivered in a secure cardboard box please advise us in the delivery instructions at checkout

It’s pretty simple; every time you shop with us you earn points. You can redeem your points for discounts off your purchases. We explain it better here.

We currently offer credit card, PayPal, AfterPay and ZipPay payment options for your convenience.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you require any change to your order and we will do our best to assist you. We may not be able to fulfil requests to change or cancel an order once the order has been prepared, particularly if it is in transit. If we authorise the cancellation of the order within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date we may charge and administration fee of $10 and refund the balance via the original payment within five working days.

We offer refunds and exchanges on faulty products. We take all care to ensure products leaving our studio are to a high standard and are packaged safely for transit. If you are unhappy with the quality of your product/s please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with an explanation and clear photographs of the product/s so we are able to better understand the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for non-deliveries due to any reason that is beyond our control. In the event we are unable to deliver your order we will contact you to arrange another day for delivery, a store credit or a refund depending on the circumstances.

If for any reason you are unhappy or have concerns regarding your order please contact us at any point in time. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue and take on feedback to improve our service in the future. Whilst we welcome communication at any point in time please note we are more likely to be able to offer adequate assistance with your complaint if you communicate the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving your order or any issue arising thereafter.

Unfortunately at this stage we aren’t open to the public. We’re still looking for the perfect location to open our shop front and until then we’ll be operating from our private studio in Brisbane.
